Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Join Central City Concern's Old Town Clinic and provide integrated psychiatric and addiction treatment services to individuals experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and other complex health challenges.

As a PMHNP, you'll work alongside primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, addiction specialists, and pharmacists in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You'll provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, and treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, including medication-assisted treatment.
