Job description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions that improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance. This role partners with subject matter experts and business leaders to create instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning programs, performance support tools, and other learning resources that support organizational objectives.
The Instructional Designer applies adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies to deliver effective, learner-centered experiences while continuously evaluating and improving learning effectiveness.
