Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Job Location: Nasr City Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Days Off: Friday & Saturday Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with a strong recruitment background, preferably in the medical or healthcare field, to join our team and start immediately.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure timely hiring and follow-up with candidates Requirements Requirements: 2-4 years of experience A medical/healthcare recruitment background is preferred Strong communication and interviewing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.
