Business Analyst 2 - Enterprise Application Support

Position Summary

The Business Analyst 2 supports the business users through monitoring and recommending improvements to the application software and business systems. The BA 2 helps identify ways to improve the efficiency of both existing and new processes by: analyzing and optimizing processes, gathering functional requirements, building business cases as necessary, designing, defining, and documenting processes.

Manages and provides solutions to new business ideas and concepts through operational process changes and/or technological paths.
