- Ensure compliance to Alcon policy.
- Ensure operators comply to SOPs.
- Ensure operators meeting hourly output target.
- Supply production data to Supervisor.
- Ensure all relevant production materials are in place.
- Adherence to Alcon values & standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conducts.
- To observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
