Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Community Administrator position at Raintree Apartment Homes, a 544 unit community in Brea, CA. The Community Administrator is responsible for financial operations WNPM community. Optimize net operating income of the property through strict adherence of WNPM’s policies and procedures as well as assisting the Community Manager with property operations as assigned.
