Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and scaling of impactful learning and development programs that empower employee growth and drive business success. This high-level role will oversee learning initiatives across onboarding, leadership and employee development, upskilling both technical and soft skills, and continuous learning. This role plays a strategic role in embedding learning into the employee experience and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
