Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics (R-2464968) Location: Bentonville, AR Travel: 10–15% About the Role The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics sits within the Flow organization and plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across Walmart’s operational network. This position focuses on managing and optimizing complex, data-driven initiatives that improve flow across outbound lo gistics , storage, delivery, and network operations.
This is a hybrid role requir in g both strong analytical capability and bus in ess leadership. The ideal candidate is not just a data analyst or coder, but a strategic problem solver who can in dependently source and in terpret data, build in sights from scratch, and confidently in fluence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid operator—someone who is equally comfortable work in g deep in the data and stepp in g in to a room with senior leaders to in fluence decisions. They are proactive, resourceful, and capable of build in g analyses from scratch while ma in ta in in g a strong bus in ess lens. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
