Job description
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for comprehensive administration of program operations, academic programming, treatment programs, behavior modification and individual case management. The ED functions as chief program administrator to oversee all components of the Personal Growth Model© (PGM) and Evidence Based Practices.
Position ensures compliance with all applicable local, State and Federal regulatory requirements governing non-profit education and treatment programs.
Responsibilities include
implementing fundraising initiatives, overseeing financial resources, securing and maintaining relationships with community agencies, managing the growth and development of employees and managing program budget.
