Senior System Engineer (m/f/d/x) Linux, Containers & Automation

About the Position As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be a driving force in the design, implementation and optimisation of our critical IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone with extensive expertise in Linux system administration and a passion for automation and modern infrastructure practices. You will play a key role in further developing our containerisation strategies using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as implementing robust CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.

Your responsibilities

Your Profile

Extensive experience in Linux system administration Practical knowledge of containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes Expertise in infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash or Power. Shell Experience using GitLab for version control and project management Solid knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure or Open Telekom Cloud Knowledge of virtualisation technologies, such as VMware v.
