Posting Title: Surgical Onco Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹3 LPM TO 4.5 LPM Work Experience: 0-2 year Requirements: MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD) or equivalent. Strong academic background with a focus on surgical oncology during postgraduate training. Proficiency in oncologic surgery principles, including radical resections, lymphadenectomy, and margin-negative surgery.
Hands-on experience or training in GI cancer surgery, breast cancer surgery, head & neck cancer surgery, and soft tissue tumor surgery. Familiarity with surgical techniques such as laparoscopic and open resections, sentinel node biopsy, and reconstructive approaches. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning. Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical setting with rotating shifts and on-call duties. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and any additional certifications required by the institution. ---
