Responsibilities
Provide sales, training and marketing supports to Brokerage distribution channels, mainly international brokers Relationship building and business development with Brokerage distribution channels Facilitate sales and case management with internal and external parties Be the subject matter expert and provide support to distribution channels, internal and external stakeholders Ensure a smooth process from pre-assessment to policy issuance Maintain good records, generate status reports for management as needed Support tasks / initiatives assigned by the department head from time to time Requirements University degree or above 3-5 years related insurance experience focusing on life insurance brokerage business development, corporate sales, or marketing area, experience with international brokers is preferred Strong knowledge on life insurance products, premium financing, business insurance with company and trust structure; private banking, wealth planner, tax advisory, or trustee experience is an advantage Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5 and a holder of FLMI or CFP is preferable Result oriented with emphasis on customer and quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Significant level of risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
