Key Responsibilities
Support the Management team in the daily running of the store. Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained. Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising. Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
Help train and develop new and existing team members. Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift.
