Maintenance Assistant/Driver/Housekeeper - FT - Senior Living Community

Maintenance Assistant ~ Provide the necessary maintenance of the building, equipment in every department, and maintenance and repairs as requested by staff and residents. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Driver ~ Responsible for driving the residents to and from scheduled destinations. Responsible for the safe and effective operation of all Community transportation vehicles. Housekeeper ~ To perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the community.
