Job description
The Manager, Corporate Human Resources is a hands-on, tactical HR leader responsible for supporting and advancing enterprise wide programs in talent development, people analytics, and compensation. This on-site role partners closely with leadership and the HR teams across a multi site, multi-business unit organization to support scalable, data driven HR solutions that strengthen organizational capability, support workforce growth, and support talent retention.
This role will serve as a key partner to the senior HR leadership team and will help to deliver high impact HR programs aligned with business objectives.
