Job description
The Engineer III role at UCT is responsible for leading electropolishing, passivation, and precision cleaning processes to meet ultra-high purity and semiconductor industry standards. This position develops and sustains chemical processes, designs fixtures, and supports new equipment installation while ensuring compliance with SEMI and ASTM standards.
It collaborates with QA to resolve deviations, supports customer audits, and drives continuous improvement in cycle time, yield, and cost efficiency. With expertise in electrochemistry, materials science, and wet process operations, the Engineer III ensures reliable, high-quality production and strengthens UCT’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the semiconductor industry.
