Job Description – Branch Head Job Title: Branch Head Location: Bokaro, Jharkhand Salary: Up to ₹1,20,000 per month Experience: 9+ Years Education Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mining, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering Preferred Industry Steel Plants Mining Material Handling Heavy Engineering Industrial Services Plant Operations Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead plant operations, ensuring efficient execution, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in heavy industrial operations with proven leadership and client management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end branch and plant operations. Coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment availability. Oversee manpower deployment, productivity, and statutory safety compliance. Control operational costs, inventory, diesel consumption, and resource utilization. Build strong client relationships and participate in operational review meetings.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Experience in handling large teams and site/branch operations. Strong leadership, client handling, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to steel plant auxiliary operations will be an added advantage.
