As the CRS Rental Pump Specialist, you will act as an inside sales representative for the Cat Rental Store (CRS) with a focus on pump rentals and related solutions. This position handles customer transactions over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate quotes, contracts, and scheduling for pump deliveries and pickups.
The Rental Pump Specialist plays a critical role in maximizing pump fleet utilization and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated trade area. You will maintain accurate paperwork and databases, coordinate with drivers and technicians for timely deliveries, and provide customers with product knowledge and support to meet their pumping needs.
