Division Director of Business Development - West

Position Summary

The Division Director of Business Development is responsible for leading the business development strategy and execution across Surgery Partners' Division, supporting both Surgical Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. This leader is accountable for driving profitable growth through physician recruitment, physician engagement, physician retention, market development, and execution of divisional growth initiatives. The Division Director partners closely with Division Presidents, Market CEOs, Facility Administrators, and Operations Leadership to develop and execute annual growth strategies, establish financial targets, monitor performance, and ensure successful execution across the division.
