Job description
The Compliance Manager – AML & Regulatory is responsible for executing, overseeing, and ensuring adherence to the Company’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and regulatory compliance framework as established by Compliance leadership.
The role ensures adherence to applicable regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), FinCEN requirements, and Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Rules, while maintaining audit-ready controls and documentation.
This position partners cross-functionally with Operations (Cage, Slots, Table Games, Sportsbook), Security, and Surveillance to ensure compliance risks are identified, escalated, and remediated in a timely and defensible manner.
