We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join a growing organisation operating within the property and real estate sector, supporting a diverse portfolio of development, investment, and operational projects. The business operates in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and continues to expand, offering strong exposure across financial reporting, project activity, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Month-end close and management accounts preparation Financial reporting across multiple SPVs Loan reporting and covenant compliance VAT and regulatory reporting Supporting audits, budgeting, and forecasting Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with 1-years PQE or part-qualified with 3/4 years of relevant industry experience Experience in property development, construction or funds industries advantageous Strong technical accounting knowledge Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you’re interested in hearing more or open to a confidential discussion, contact Matthew Fleming at mfleming@elevatepartners.
