Pharmacist Trainer Specialist

Conduct training sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy teams. Prepare educational materials, presentations, workshops, and interactive activities. Deliver product training on OTC, skincare, haircare, vitamins, and wellness brands. Explain active ingredients, indications, contraindications, and counseling points. Create clinical case studies and role-play scenarios for pharmacy practice.

Support sales growth through educational and promotional training. Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback. Stay updated with pharmaceutical and cosmetic market trends. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align training objectives. Organize online and offline training events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or vet Previous experience in pharmacy training, retail pharmacy is preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of OTC and cosmetician products. Ability to simplify scientific information in an engaging way. Proficiency in PowerPoint and training tools. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
