What's The Role The primary function of the role is to provide operational assistance to assigned Country Manager (CM)/HR Lead with tasks which may arise as a result of business initiatives. Wht You'll Do Main Responsibilities include: Business Support: Provision of administrative support to the CM as required. Screens correspondence and calls, responds to queries, informing the CM of any important developments and following-up to ensure that action is taken.

Communicate regularly (daily) with the CM, reporting on all actions taken Drafts letters, memorandums, minutes and reports by identifying required information. Coordinates the induction of new employees including ensuring that all relevant forms are completed, and all relevant documentation issued. Manages the onboarding and work permit process including managing the relationship with the relevant Immigration authorities and employees.

Arranges travel/housing arrangements for expatriates/visitors/new hires as required. Assists in the planning and execution of FLOW’s employee events as required. Raise and process purchases orders for the functions as required and process invoices to facilitate timely payment to suppliers. Conducts onboarding, relocation, work permit and visa processes for Expats/Visitors/New hires as needed.

Ensures all correspondence is filed in employee staff files as necessary. HR Support: Supports with responding to queries about HR policies in conjunction with the HR Lead Supports the Payroll administration, as required Administers and manage all HR benefits for the BU as required (Medical, Pension, Leave, Uniforms etc.)

Ensures that accurate and timely employee data is provided to the People Servies Team when required Performs other duties ancillary to or related to the foregoing. Knowledge & Experience Associate Degree in a related discipline. At least 3 years’ experience working as a Senior Office Administrator or similar senior role.

Computer proficiency in the use of MS Office Tools Advanced skill level with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) Good understanding of the FLOW business, government and regulatory protocols.
