Communications & Digital Engagement Associate

Job Summary

The Communications & Digital Engagement Associate will support the organization's visibility by creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, fundraising, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring safeguarding and consent protocols are upheld in beneficiary storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the organization's social media platforms and digital presence. Update and maintain website content. Develop and distribute newsletters and other digital communications. Coordinate photography and videography for programme activities. Produce beneficiary stories in line with safeguarding and consent requirements.

Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns. Create engaging content to support fundraising, advocacy, and brand awareness initiatives.
