Program Manager Master (Quick. Base) Vacancy: 1 Work Arrangement: Onsite Location: Washington, DC 20002 Employment Type: Contract Engagement Type: W2 or 1099 only; no C2C Final Interview: In person Dhaka Technologies Limited is hiring for a client seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quick. Base Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the client’s Quick.

Base rapid development and prototyping framework. The client’s Office of Information Technology supports the development and modernization of its Quick. Base applications for various operations. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in Quick. Base application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications within the District of Columbia government environment.

The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and Quick. Base customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. The candidate must have proven application development skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments with changing priorities in a cross-functional, Rapid Application Development environment.

Implementation and transition requirements include the capabilities or behaviors required to transition the enterprise from its current state to the desired future state.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience in Quick. Base design and development.
• Expert-level experience in documenting business processes and process flows.
• Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the organization’s business goals.
• Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solutions that support mobile and web applications.
• Experience with web technologies and mobile application design.
• Experience with emerging DaaS technologies (Database as a Service).
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; business-level English is mandatory.
