Bilingual Insurance Policy Agent (P&C Admin)

Location: Markham (Hybrid) This is not an Insurance Sales Role. This is an Insurance Policy Administration and Operation Position.

Required Skills

& Experience: Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written) Experience in policy administration, policy servicing, or insurance operations Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and policy documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Candidates with a solid insurance operations background, strong analytical capabilities, and experience supporting policy management processes in a customer-focused environment will be highly preferred.
