Job description
Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs. Perform clash detection using Navisworks. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation. Update models based on design revisions and site changes. Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling. Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks. Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling. Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs. Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection. Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.
Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams. Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. BIM certification preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills.
