Transitional Housing & Support Worker

We are seeking a Transitional Housing and Support Worker; they will be responsible for providing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centred support to women experiencing violence. This position supports clients through advocacy, case management, safety planning, housing stabilization, and community connections to help them obtain and maintain safe housing while promoting long-term safety, stability, and well-being.
