You will be trained in structured recruitment processes, candidate evaluation basics, ATS discipline, and stage-lock pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
Resume Screening Screen resumes based on structured JD checklists Identify basic skill alignment and eligibility Reject unsuitable profiles with documented reasons Telephonic Validation Support Contact shortlisted candidates Validate CTC, Expected Salary, Notice Period, Availability Confirm location feasibility and interview interest ATS & Data Discipline Maintain accurate records in the ATS Update structured screening notes Ensure documentation completeness Coordination Support Assist in scheduling internal interviews Share interview reminders Maintain structured communication logs Requirements Eligibility Criteria Graduate / Final-year student Strong communication skills Basic understanding of recruitment (preferred but not mandatory) Detail-oriented and disciplined Willing to work in a structured, performance-driven environment Who Should Apply Candidates serious about building a career in HR or Talent Acquisition Individuals who value discipline and structure Fast learners with professional communication skills Performance & Growth Interns will be evaluated on: Screening accuracy Documentation discipline Responsiveness Professional conduct
