Job description
The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications initiatives that help our franchise offices throughout the country generate awareness, secure business and foster positive perceptions of the Weichert brand to their customers and agents. This includes the areas of traditional marketing, public relations, social media and event support.
The position is also responsible for all internal communications from WREA to its franchisees and externally to the public. A successful candidate is a self-starter, bring energy to the position, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and be creative, continually thinking about “what comes next” and how to improve their area of responsibility and our franchise offering.
