Appian Developer – Workflow Automation & Integrations Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid (3 days at office) Experience Required: 6–8 Years Role Description We are seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Appian applications supporting digital transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on building scalable, high-performing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient workflow automation and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Appian applications, interfaces, and workflows
• Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems such as APIs, databases, and On. Base
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams
• Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects
