About the Role
Havenpark is looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep our Rehab Homes portfolio moving. You'll be the connective tissue between Community Managers, vendors, and internal teams - coordinating the day-to-day work of our Occupied Homes Rental Inspection Program and supporting Vacant Rehab and Demo Rehab projects along the way.
It's a role for someone who's happiest when a project is on track, and everyone knows what's next. You'll bring a working knowledge of construction and renovation practices (manufactured housing experience is a real plus), comfort coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and fluency with project management tools.
Beyond the core program, you may pick up special projects—home winterization, single-family rehabs, risk tickets, property taxes, and more—so versatility matters as much as consistency.
