Job description
Responsible for direct supervision of maintenance staff. Oversees and performs all phases of work necessary to maintain facility buildings, equipment, grounds, and vehicles. Performs preventive maintenance, record keeping, ordering, outside contractor supervision, and facility repairs. Basic experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.
Reports directly to the Fillmore Campus Maintenance Supervisor.
