Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns Maintain and repair HVAC, plant equipment, and associated systems Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations Accurately record maintenance activities and report findings Support wider site maintenance operations where required Requirements: Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) Experience in a commercial or critical environment (e.
