School-Based Health Center Coordinator II - Vashon Island High School (1.0 FTE)

The Health. Care Coordinator II (HCC II) provides advanced operational and administrative support for School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) and ensures smooth, high-quality clinic operations across three (3) OR more assigned school sites. This position functions with a high degree of independence, offering enhanced operational expertise to eight (8) or more medical, dental, and mental health providers and healthcare educator(s).

The HCC II serves as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including school district administrators, community organizations, and collaborating agencies
