What You'll Do
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel valued. Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities. Lead and participate in art projects, music, storytelling, outdoor play, sensory experiences, and hands-on learning. Build positive partnerships with families and coworkers.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing learning environment. Encourage each child's curiosity, confidence, and independence. Qualifications
Preschool & Toddler Aide At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Enjoy working with young children and helping them learn through play New to childcare? That's okay! We have a limited number of entry-level Aide positions available while you complete the requirements to become PATCH qualified—and we'll pay for your CDA certification.
Infant/Toddler Caregiver 12–24 months of experience caring for children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting Infant/Toddler training completed or willingness to obtain it with our support Teacher CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program Schedule & Locations Monday–Friday
