What You'll Do

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Write accurate repair orders and coordinate repairs with technicians. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.

Manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Meet and exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment. Proven success in a high-volume service department. Strong sales and customer relationship skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Positive attitude with a professional appearance. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Saturday availability is required.
