Job Title Product Content Specialist Job Category Sales Job Description Key Responsibilities: Create and optimize product descriptions, specifications, attributes, and categorization. Research products and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and SMEs to develop accurate product content. Manage and optimize product images using photo-editing tools.
Generate reports from PIM systems to identify and resolve product content gaps. Maintain existing product listings to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and improved conversion rates.
Qualifications
BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce product listing, copywriting, technical writing, content management, or photo editing.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with PIM, DAM, CMS, and eCommerce platforms. Good content writing, research, and analytical skills. Knowledge of Aftersales Parts and SEO principles is preferred. Job Type Permanent Time Type Full time Work Hours 42.
