Maintenance Lead | Milwaukee, WI. Lead a shift team of technicians to achieve 98%+ uptime, focusing on planned and predictive maintenance. Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics). Requires solid industrial maintenance experience, leadership/mentoring skills, technical strength, and a disciplined approach to safety.

Stable, well-run shop environment. Pay starts at $40/hr plus premiums. $7,000 sign-on bonus. All shifts available with predictable rotating schedules.
