The Associate Director, EMR (Athena) supports the oversight, optimization, and ongoing management of the Athena electronic medical records (EMR) system across the organization. This role partners closely with clinical and administrative staff to drive effective adoption and utilization of Athena, contributing to improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
