Coordinator - Early Literacy Program

Passionate about helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning, the Early Language and Literacy Coordinator delivers engaging early language, literacy, and Raising a Reader (RAR) programs for families throughout the community. This role builds meaningful partnerships with schools, libraries, pediatric clinics, and other community organizations to recruit and support families, while creating fun, interactive learning experiences that encourage parent-child engagement and daily reading habits.

The Coordinator ensures high-quality program delivery, maintains accurate program records and reporting, and collaborates with the Early Language and Literacy Supervisor to enhance and evaluate services that promote early childhood development and school readiness.
