Job description
The Supervisor, IT leads and supports a team within Southwest Power Pool’s IT organization. This role oversees the implementation and support of systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure used by SPP staff and member companies. Key duties include planning and prioritizing work, evaluating performance, and ensuring projects and support tasks are completed on time.
The Supervisor independently manages issues, assigns tasks, and coordinates with technical teams to drive solutions. The role may support SPP committees and represent SPP at NERC groups. The Supervisor also guides employee growth through coaching and performance reviews.
