CENTRE MANAGER (RETAIL PROPERTY)

You’re the person who walks a centre and immediately sees what needs to be improved, who builds strong tenant relationships, and who runs operations like a business, not a checklist. If you enjoy being at the centre of everything, this is that role. What you’ll drive: Centre Performance & Tenant Experience You build strong relationships with tenants, stay close to their performance, and ensure the centre operates at a high standard every day. Operations That Run Properly You take control of security, cleaning, maintenance, and contractors, ensuring the asset is consistently well maintained and professionally run. Leasing & Occupancy You play an active role in leasing, negotiations, and reducing vacancies while strengthening the tenant mix. Financial Control You manage budgets, track income and expenses, monitor arrears, and report clearly to landlords with insight, not just numbers. Marketing That Drives Footfall You coordinate campaigns and work with marketing partners to keep the centre active, relevant, and commercially effective.

Requirements
