The IT Project Manager directs, plans, and executes IT application and infrastructure projects. Identifies and manages project goals, scope, stakeholders, requirements, and risks. Communicates and collaborates with project stakeholders. Establishes schedules and budgets. Executes project delivery within the project parameters of time, scope, cost, and quality.
