We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a hospital-based outpatient setting in Turlock. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and various orthopedic or neurological conditions in an outpatient environment connected to a hospital system.
You will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments in a hospital-based outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, pain management techniques, and functional rehabilitation interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, mobility, safety, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards Requirements
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- 0–1 year of experience welcome (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience or clinical exposure in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or hospital-based rehabilitation is a plus
