Dishwashers/Stewards are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, cookware, kitchen equipment, and work areas. This position plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring that all items are cleaned, sanitized, and available for use while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
