Job description
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm This is a direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment in Sheppard Pratt’s Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This position will assess and monitor client needs, develop service plans, connect clients to community services and resources, and advocate for your clients as necessary.
