Job description
Assist with preparing simple meals, sandwiches, snacks, and beverages for shelter clients Perform light cooking and food preparation tasks as directed Serve meals using established portion control guidelines Replenish food, beverages, snacks, and condiments as needed Assist with meal setup and breakdown Remove trash and keep kitchen areas clean Operate a commercial dishwasher, cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Help maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, wiping tables and mopping
