Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar, 8 years of experience on Managing personnel, production and quality performances, SIS knowledge (WCM, TPM, or similar), Quality indicators, DVX, 3 MIS, 1 MIS.
