We are seeking a (Recruitment Specialist) to manage the full hiring cycle and attract top talent. The role ensures smooth candidate experience and effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Recruitment : Oversee end-to-end hiring, from job posting to offer negotiation. Talent Sourcing : Develop strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Screening & Interviews : Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure legal compliance and maintain recruitment data.
Collaboration : Work with payroll and department managers for smooth hiring. Workforce Planning : Align hiring with business needs and conduct store visits. Industry Trends : Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or HR. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right roles. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Fluent English and good communication and computer skills.
Language Requirements: Arabic: Native level. English: Intermediate level. Additional Information: Working hours: 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM. Working days: Sat – Thu.
